A couple of months ago, our old PC was so loaded with viruses that they had compromised even our spyware programs.  Dave decided starting over would be better than patch work.  He saved key things like E Mail addresses and Linda's Finale program, emptied the whole hard drive and put in new Windows, Microsoft Office, and two spyware programs.  He loaded back in two internet programs and my photo editing program, and then added our files which he backed up.  The computer runs like new.

At Christmas, Dave got us a camera with microphone (we have a real old desktop) and now with Skype we can talk to our 2-year-old grandson in LA.  Dave also sold us a gigaware high speed 4 port hub so we can have all attachments working at once, and he sold us an exterior hard drive which quadruples our file capacity.  Next week he installs the new ram which will double the operating speed.  And the hard part? he had to teach me how to use all of these improvements.  He did so with good humor and no grey hairs.

If you are having problems of any kind, I recommend Dave highly.
